ADVANCED GUARD RECRUITMENT MODULE Cost - Rs 75,000/- only

Complete data collection of a guard and print Appointment letter, Enrolment Card, Police verification (Form 2), PF Nomination Sheet, Form 16, Form F (Nomination) , ESI Form, Certificate of undertaking of employment, Form 11, Branch Recruitment System (Offline) (Optional).

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms : Software Cost : 50% along with order. Balance against Installation.
Training & Implementation Charges : Rs 15000 for first month, Rs 10000/- for 2nd Month.
Installation Charges : Nil, Re-Installation – In the event of Hardware problem- Rs 12500/-
Additional Support Charges : After 60 day till 90 days – 1500/- per visit.
Additional Support Charges : After 90 days – 4500/- per visit.
(Online (Internet based) & Telephonic – Free for 90 days from date of installation.
Post 90 days – AMC (Online) : Rs 9000/- per Annum or 15 online Support requests.
Onsite visit charges under AMC – Rs 2000/- per visit.

Note : Onsite Support is available at Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata Only.

Outstation Customers : (Other than above mentioned)
Traveling Expense : Actual or as decided mutually.
Lodging : To be provided by customer.
Visit Charges : Rs 5000/- per day.
