Software
The
core has the complete Executive management,
Access Controls to the package, Definitions to
of masters. Software is highly secured and data
is stored in encrypted form to ensure the
security of the software from unauthorized
misuse. It has built in data backup systems and
with Day Closing facility.
The
software is a multi-user package which comes
with 5 users license
i.e.
simultaneously 5 users can work in the
package. Additional user license can be upgraded
as per the requirement of the client.

Management - Allows to view data from multiple branch.

- Allows you to define the functions of
an executive like tele-caller, coordinators,

master - Keeps track of data source. Analysis can be

Tele-Calling
A
list of prospective
customers details popup on the screen to call,
which has the details of customer like name,
telnos, company name etc. The caller can create
docket if the customer is interested, confirm
appointments and pass on the query to the
concerned field executive.
This
module tracks the no of call made by the caller,
gives you the summary in terms of keywords like
No of calls not interested, Call later etc.
Can
assign minimum targets for a tele caller, track
pending calls.

Tele-Marketing
and Docket Manager
The
difference between Tele-callers and
Tele-marketing is that Tele-callers do the
calling for prospective clients ie the create
new clients and Tele-marketers
manage the existing clients and handle
renewals or cross selling multiple product to
existing client. It has all the same features as
that of tele-callers.
Docket
Manager - Keep track of product sold to the
customer. For Every product a docket is created
which track any renewals and cross selling.
Docket
can hold different information depending upon
the product.

Field
Executive Manager - To Do.
Any
appointments generated from Tele calling,
Dockets is transferred to field executive
account. He is instructed to visit Home or
Office of the client at the time given. This
module keeps track of the movement made by the
executives, Time spent with the client, Distance
traveled, Remarks or Notes.
The
executive logs the details on to the system, if
further followup is required, the details is
passed the concerned Tele-Callers or Marketers.

Module
This
module tracks the Information’s for billing.
Every sale done can be pointed to a company
after which the billing list can be generated.
